European Investment Management Corporation was founded 47 years ago by Renan Delgado. It started as a small family-based business, and has grown into what is today, a leading property management company based out of Hialeah, Florida in the highly competitive Southeast US Market.
Today, EIMC, is under the leadership of, Antonio Delgado, EIMC owns and manages 2,000 apartment homes between 24 apartment communities located throughout the Southeast.
We stretch from Hialeah, Florida to Wilmington, North Carolina.
European Investment Management Corporation is a full-service multi-family housing firm engaged in the business of managing, leasing, purchasing, and developing multi-family properties throughout the South Eastern United States. We do not Fee Manage; we own our apartment communities. EIMC has long term employees that take ownership and pride in their communities and special attention is paid to every detail.
Historically, 50% of household incomes go to housing cost, whether the person is renting an apartment or buying a house. The people that chose one of our communities are our priority. We provide quality apartment homes, that are competitively affordable. We approach ownership and managements with basic steps that guarantee profitability and exceptional one on one Customer Service. First the Senior Staff develops a comprehensive plan for maintaining the asset. This includes a monthly budget, capital improvement program, preventative maintenance program, advanced marketing, and training through education. We then empower our onsite Property Managers and staff with the tools to effectively maintain their properties. Secondly, we track our results constantly to maintain focus, address daily challenges, and reach financial goals.
