Our South Point property is tucked away in a grove of pine trees and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city and traffic, but conveniently close to the heart of downtown. Additionally, South Point is minutes from prestigious Duke University and within walking distance to fine dining, unique shopping and many banks.

When you arrive at South Point, you will be greeted by a lush maintained grounds which are shaded by mature oak and birch trees. The newly repainted buildings in our signature Carolina slate blue and trimmed in taupe and white so that our tenants enjoy a clean and picturesque environment. At the heart of this property we have a New Orleans style Carousel Gazebo, which may be used by anyone living at this property for any event; the gazebo is perfect for weddings or outdoor events.

The swimming pool at South Point is one of the largest pools in Southwest Durham.In the deepest section, this pool has a depth of 8’feet, and it is perfect for quick dip, playing, or those seeking to do serious water exercises. The pool is surrounded by a large concrete deck with comfortable lounge chairs. Near the pool, there is also a shaded pavilion for those that prefer to avoid direct sun. There is a playground and many outdoor grilling areas, which may be used for picnics. Living at South Point feels as if you are in the park without ever leaving home.

Each apartment has a formal dining room, two styles of kitchens which are well furnished with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, a double sink, garbage disposals and ample storage cabinets. Our apartments also have washer/dryer connections, walk-in closets, wood style flooring and plush carpets. Each unit also has large patios or a balcony which include storage space. Some of the units have wood burning fireplaces.
